Black Rock tag still standing

Toby sent me a picture today of the first knittag I put up in Oregon, and it's still there! Most of my knittags in Washington have been removed, for what reasons I do not know. But I'd like to think that zombies, pencil toppers, and rice milk where all involved in the various endeavors to remove the knittags. Buuut, most likely they were all mundane stories involving shaking fingers and/or fists or inclement weather.

Anywho, thanks to all the glorious people (and bikes) that head up to Black Rock who let my colorful knittag fulfill it's life long duty...to warm that post, and make it extra fancy...definitely the extra fancy bit.

It's a bit in shambles but, but bright and still loving on at wooden post:

P.S. Here's what it looked like when it was first mounted to the post:

Fremont Knittag

So I went up North to Seattle and left a knittag down by the pier-somewhat near the Pike Place market. But, alas, I do not have the pictures of it yet. So as soon as I get them, via Snail Mail, I will post them as well as the story. But until then, why not enjoy some one else's knittag. It's located in Fremont-a neighborhood in Seattle. My friend Chris Incognegro send it to me just this morning.

Enjoy,
